Car Parking

Please can you ensure that we are able to park directly outside your property. Failing to do this will result in us being unable to drop off at your party. If there are any parking restrictions and a parking permit is required you will need to supply this to us.

 

When booking with Little Teepee Parties, what is included?

All items within your chosen package, including delivery and set up within a 10 mile radius. If you live outside 15 miles we would still be happy to deliver at an extra charge.

 

What is the recommend age for a Little Teepee Party?

Our recommended age for a party is 6+ however this really is dependent on your little guests.

 

How do you clean everything?

This is the best part! You don't have to worry - we do everything! We launder using non-bio washing liquid. Mattresses, bedding and decorative items are always cleaned and disinfected.

 

Are the teepees waterproof?

Unfortunately not, they are for indoor use only.

 

Do I need to supply power?

No, our fairy lights are battery powered.

 

What size are the Teepees?

Our teepees are; length 120cm (47.2") x width 120cm (47.2") x height 140cm (55.1") – please ensure you have enough space for the number of teepees that you hire.

What Is the hire Period?

The standard hire period is approximately 19 hours with no more than 24 hours. Longer hire times can be arranged, subject to availability. If you are seeking to hire the teepee's for a day party we are happy to discuss.

Extras

Little Teepee Parties do not stay and host the party, but we ensure everything is set up just as you need it. We can offer a number of party add-ons, please give us a call or email to discuss. 

 

Booking, Payment & Cancellations

​We require a non refundable deposit of £80 to secure your chosen party date.  The balance of the party must be paid in full two weeks in advance of your party. A security deposit of £15 per teepee on the day will act as a damage deposit and be returned to you within 24hours of your party via bank transfer. 

 

We accept paypal, bank transfer & cash.

If you cancel 3 weeks or less from the party date, regretfully you will be liable for 50% of the party cost. If you have ordered personalised goods for the party, unfortunately you will be liable for the total cost of these items if they have been printed.
